This tid-bit of wisdom, as well as a great all around phrase is spoken by one Foghorn Leghorn, usually in relation to the Chicken Hawk. Also useful when you're discussing end-users or network 'cattle'.

Great kid, but about as sharp as a sack of wet mice.
