Brit indie label whose history is detailed in Greil Marcus book "Lipstick Traces". Founded by Geoff Travis from a record shop in London.

The label expired, but lives on as part of One Little Indian, home to the incomparable Skunk Anansie.

Sometime home to: Breeders, Butthole Surfers, Cabaret Voltaire, Microdisney, New Order, Scritti Politti, The Smiths, Stiff Little Fingers and Subway Sect.
