Noun. A rollator is, more or less, an advanced version of what was earlier most commonly known as a walker or walking chair, an aid for elderly people and others who have trouble walking without support. The rollator has two or four wheels and gives better and more balanced support than for example would a cane, and will often have extra comforts such as a seat for resting and a basket or a tray for shopping, etc.
