metallic line test.
If an
individual has a Relative Capacity Occupancy over 70 percent, it is usually
perceived that there is a
short on the
line. This can be
caused by several
situations.
1. The individual has
DSL service and they have not
installed microfilters on all of the
analog telephone devices in their
home.
2. There is some kind of a problem with the
inside wiring in the person's home, such as a
short or
crossed wire causing
attenuation.
3.The individual has a
faulty piece of
telephone equipment
