A programming language which emphasizes on network applications. It is currently under development and so it's hard to say what exactly it will become. There is an emphasis on code that is easy to read without excessive comments.

Note that REBOL was developed by Carl Sassenrath, the same person that was the primary designer for AmigaOS.

REBOL looks like it will be extremely interesting for rapid development of network applications, eating a slice of Java and Perl's market share.
