Read All The Screen
when working with
computers, if someone asks for help with the
information on their screen and their answer so happens to be somewhere else on the screen (or
page) a correct
response would be "R.A.T.S.". This expression is commonly used on idiots trying to
program or take information from the
internet.
An example
You are a high school student doing a
simple project for your internet development class. The student on your left has an
error in his project, without checking his work he raises his hand. The
instructor come up to him and replies with "oh... R.A.T.S." then continues to fail that student.
