The R. H. Phillips winery is located just east of the famed Napa Valley, in a location called Dunnigan Hills. They specialize in low-range (US$7 to US$15)
wines. I personally recommend the Barrel Cuvee Cab (fruity, a little zing with no wood) and the EXP Viognier (funky, funky white). I've also heard good things about their Kempton Clark zinfandel... it's supposed to be HUGE...
