gave me this recipe
because I liked it so much when she made it while I was visiting.
2 pound bag frozen hash browns (cooked at half power in the microwave oven for 10 minutes)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (or can be made vegetarian with cream of potato)
1 stick's worth of melted margarine
8 ounces shredded cheese (any kind you like)
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9-inch by 13-inch dish. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
