A confectionery from Australia, an irregular log of wafer with marshmallow on the inside and chocolate on the outside. They are made by Hoadleys, now unfortunately controlled by Nestlé. The Polly Waffle is not in the same connoisseurial, take-home-as-souvenir league as Tim Tams or the Violet Crumble, but it is worth trying.
