You start with a character, and a cash limit to give your naked cartoon character piercings, scars, tatoos, and other body modifications. At then end of each week everyone's work is ranked and you're alloted new cash to continue your character. A classic web game, I remember reading a blurb about it in Wired back in 94 ~ 95.
