Not actually a sequel, but an offshoot to the series. When Palma is destroyed in Phantasy Star II, it's inhabitants escape in huge world ships. A portion of the Dark Force sneaks on board and starts all sorts of trouble. The first game to actually span generations, and you could choose your mate- which would affect your child and grandchild.
