This is yummy
1 pizza dough
1/2 pound deli pepperoni, sliced thinly
1 (8 ounce) package of Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 egg yolks, beaten
1.Make sure the pizza dough is defrosted. Take it out of the refrigerator and put it in a bowl covered with a towel to help it rise and reach room temperature. Doing so will help when rolling it out.
2. Roll the dough about 1/4 inch thick. Thinly brush 1 egg yolk onto the dough.
3. Spread the slices of pepperoni on top of the dough in one layer. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of that.
4. Roll up the dough tightly, making a cylindrical loaf shape. To prevent the pepperoni and cheese from coming out, fold over the ends.
5. Brush the top with the second egg yolk. Put the roll on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until it's done.
