Pebre

A traditional Chilean salsa.

• 1/3 cup minced onions
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp hot sauce (I use Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce]
• 2 tbsp canola oil or corn oil
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• salt and pepper
