An island kingdom in the world of Michael Moorcock's Elric saga. Pan Tang is ruled by demon-worshipping human sorcerors, chief of whom is the Theocrat, Jagreen Lern. The capital is at Hwamgaarl, "the city of the screaming statues". Tygers of Pan Tang, sacred to the Chaos Lord Chardros, stalk the jungles. Chaosium's Elric RPG (formerly Stormbringer) covers Pan Tang in the Sorcerors of Pan Tang supplement.
