The hero in Saber Marionette J. Also known as the Savior of Japoness.

Otaru is responsible for the awakening of the three marionettes Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry. Regarded as somewhat odd for treating his marionettes with love and respect, Otaru has saved Japoness and Terra 2 on repeated occasions with the help of them.
