An obsolete format for expressing the Keplerian Elements of a satellite. Perhaps still used by the United States Navy. It takes the form of a 60 digit, single line, number. All decimals are stripped out and there is no check sum. The format is a follows:

1 - 5 NORAD catalog number.
6 - 7 Year of epoch.
8 - 10 Day number of epoch.
11 - 16 Fraction of a day of epoch.
17 - 22 Drag, in rev/day2.
23 - 28 Inclination, in deg.
29 - 34 Right Assention of Ascending Node, in deg.
35 - 40 Eccentricity, (dimensionless).
41 - 46 Argument of Perigee, in deg.
47 - 52 Mean Anomaly, in deg.
53 - 60 Mean Motion, in rev/day
