As far as I'm concerned, this song was written to commemorate my old homie Greggy, who introduced me to the band so many years ago before they were the pop phenom they have become. Greggy was one of the only smart meth addicts I knew, and coincidentally also from Omaha. Ah, the humanity.

Some choose to use "Omaha Stylee" as the category of music 311 fits into, as they seem impossible to describe otherwise without using at least ten words.
