A character on
South Park, he is the archetypical
police officer, in that he has a diminutive
IQ, and he constantly abuses his arbitrary
authority. But even he knows that "
Atlas Shrugged sucks ass!", which makes him more clever than
Objectivists.
When he isn't doing the mayor ("Not a thingy-dingy"), or chasing after the "Chicken Lover", he likes to hang out naked and chained-up in the basement of Stan's house.
