NetDialOut is a Windows utility that allows Windows users to make a dial up connection using analog or digital modems located on Cisco Access Servers or another networked modem server, as if the modems were connected locally to each PC.

NetDialOut allows users to use the modems on the access servers to dialout to remote locations, such as Dial Up Networking, connecting to a BBS, or to connect to financial or healthcare services which are not availble via internet access.

NetDialOut was designed as a replacement to the freeware Cisco DialOut Utility for Windows 98/NT, which Cisco discontinued in 2000. NetDialOut supports all current versions of Windows, both 32-bit and 64-bit editions.
