A
fermion particle which under the
Standard Model has 1/2 spin (all fermions in standard model have 1/2
spin) and 0 electric charge.
It has a mass below 0.00017 GeV. I
think that's the lowest mass value for a fermion in standard model, but
i could be wrong.
