The Motorola Bible

After seeing "The Anarchist's Cookbook" re-published on E2, I have come to a sudden realisation that what this place needs is a copy of the Mike Larsen's Motorola Bible.

This document deals with analog Motorola phones, which are still very common in the USA and New Zealand, not to mention other countries. Yes, the document is old - it was written in 1996. To be honest, nothing much has changed in the analog TDMA phone industry. There is still no encryption on the conversation, and Motorola has done very little to stop a user cloning an analog phone (that's especially true if you have an old, pre- 90's Motorola TDMA phone).

The copyright of "The Motorola Bible" allows this re-print, and so without further ado I present Mike Larsen's Motorola Bible:

  1. Motorola Bible: Introduction
  2. Motorola Bible: General User Info
  3. Motorola Bible: Programming Info
  4. Motorola Bible: Test Mode
  5. Motorola Bible: Test Mode Commands
  6. Motorola Bible: Reading the SID
  7. Motorola Bible: Phone Pinouts
  8. Motorola Bible: Cable Specs
  9. Motorola Bible: Trik Clip
  10. Motorola Bible: Hacking the FOVC
  11. Motorola Bible: Disclaimer

Three chapters have been removed from the original book, as they are no longer relevant - the information on GSM Motorola's (you'd be better off going to http://www.tele-servizi.com/janus for that), the information on Motorola Pagers and the Frequency Vs. Channel Number listing (that was simply too big to publish here).
