...or to give it its full title, 'Original Mint Source Mint & Green Tea Protecting Shampoo'

I bought a bottle of this stuff (and the matching conditioner) primarily because my sister used to have some and refused to let me use it.

It's shampoo, but it also contains peppermint oil. The label promsises "a zingy, never felt before experience"

They aren't kidding. It's not so much 'zingy' as it is burning like boiling oil. Well, perhaps that's a slight exaggeration. It actually felt more like a cold burn - like liquid nitrogen, perhaps. I was expecting it to stop 'zinging' when I rinsed it out, but the sensation continued for several minutes.

Masochist that I am, I went on to use the conditioner. That's even worse - you're supposed to leave it searing your scalp for a minute or two.

'This product is not tested on animals' claims the label. Good job, it'd probably have massacred the poor little blighters.

This was from my own personal experience. More information at http://www.originalsource.co.uk/
