Midori cooler is a great way to slowly drink away a summer's afternoon. It's very flexible in how strong you make it, especially since Midori isn't particularly alcoholic to start with.
It's also absolutely ludicrously simple to make.
Midori Cooler
Ingredients:
one part Midori
five parts lemon club soda
Method:
Pour over ice in a highball glass.
Enjoy!
For an extra kick, either just use more midori, or swap one part soda for one part Bacardi.
For a classy touch, forego the ice, and serve in champagne flutes with a small ball of honeydew melon jammed on the edge of the glass.
