Michael Brook is a Canadian guitarist noted for the invention of an innovative electronic guitar style. Excellent nonvocal mood music. Prior associations with Daniel Lanois and the one-hit band, Martha and the Muffins ("echo beach").

Albums include Cobalt Blue, Albino Alligator, Hybrid and his duet album with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
