A method of counting rhythm in different time signatures by using the names of different Mexican foods, specifically enchilada, taco, and burrito. Unfortunately, you usually have to accent the first syllable of burrito to make it work, which is kind of heinous.

So, if you want to count a 5/4 time signature, you just count "burrito taco burrito taco burrito taco."

7/8 can be counted as "enchilada burrito" or "burrito taco taco" (or permutations thereof.)
