The creed uttered before and after every meeting of Men Anonymous on The Red Green Show. Men stand up and say how proud, or disappointed, in themselves they are because they kept themselves from acting like a man - or not - when they really, really wanted to. These situations usually involve taking something apart or blowing it up.
