A tacky little city in Brevard County, Florida, just a short distance south of Cape Canaveral. During North American winters this "sister city" of Melbourne, Australia is always overrun with snowbirds. When they finally go home, we locals can actually somewhat enjoy our less crowded highways, strip malls and beaches.
