MegaRace is a racing-game released in December of 1995 by Software Toolworks and Cryo Interactive Entertainment.
It's an intergalactic racing show on VWBT, with a weird host in a blue suit, Lance Boyle.
In MegaRace, you are "the Enforcer", and you have to kill (in virtuality, NOT reality!) the resident highway gang on each track. After you kill the gang leader, you'll get his car, and a cool prize.
This game was very advanced for the time it was released in: all tracks (and intermissions with Lance) is "full-motion video".
