Located in the University Center at Carnegie Mellon University, this facility seats 450 people. It is used for lectures, special guest programs (like appearances by Mike Nelson of MST3K and Lewis Black), final exams, and of course movies four nights a week. For just $1, you can sit in the plush seats, complete with flip-up desks, to watch films of varying quality in full Dolby Digital surround sound. This provides an opportunity for a cheap date, or just a chance to get out and see a movie that you really wanted to see on the big screen.
