The drummer for the Velvet Underground. Moe banged out a steady, primal beat, thus creating the backbone of the Velvets' trademark sound. She also added her pretty, child-like vocals to two of VU's most touching songs.

After VU's untimely breakup, Moe had children and worked at Wal-Mart for 10-15 years. By that time, VU was getting the recognition it deserved. Some new bands, including Half Japanese, Sonic Youth, and Yo La Tengo have coaxed her back into making music.
