A company that sells Jewish food in grocery stores across our fair land. They are particularly noted for their Passover fare, as that is when even Reform Jews like myself who never keep kosher eat old traditional foods, which they are perfectly willing to sell you ready-made or in box mixes. The matzoh ball soup mix is eerily reminiscent of boxes of Aunt Jemima's but instead of the old offensive mammy stereotypes they have a cartoon of the scariest looking Jewish grandmother I have ever seen. They also make a sickly sweet red wine. You know you are pathetic when your version of Pesach is to drink a case of Manischewitz with other members of the Jew frat. Besides, Kedem tastes mildly better.
