Transformers season 2, episode 27
Plot: The Autobot Tracks gets stolen by a human after his abilities to talk and transform are lost in a crash. After getting fixed, he reveals who he really is and the two discover that the Decepticons have hired humans to steal a bunch of cars which they are converting.
Decepticon-controlled cars are let loose and the Autobots spread out over the city to stop them. They are outnumbered when the cars turn into Decepticon drones. They are finally stopped when Blaster jams their remote control signals.
Even though Tracks is a cool dude, he kind of sucks since he gets broken so easily. And it's pretty dumb that Transformers can lose their speech and transforming skill ability by having a wire cut.
This is yet another episode which has a bit too simple ending.
