Stands for Mobile Display Terminal, a radio linked computer terminal commonly used by police, fire and rescue services to keep track of vehicle locations, file case reports and do license tag and driver's license info lookups from their cruisers.

Also known as Mountain Daylight Time, a time zone 7 hours before Greenwich Mean Time.

Clocks are set ahead an hour in the spring to give an extra hour of daylight in the evening.
