Lou Collins is a character in the popular manga, 'Battle Angel Alita'. She is Alita's Tuned Operator in Tiphares, and monitors her actions and provides her with all the necessary weapons Alita uses to defeat enemies. Lou is a likeable character, somewhat ditzy, but highly intelligent in computers. She befriends Alita, which causes her to be exiled from Tiphares in the last volume of the graphic novel.
