Every village needs a village idiot. On the Stevens and Pruett show, that idiot is Locke. I am suprised this guy is still alive because he will agree to any odd job that Stevens and Pruett put him up to, and some have gotten him into a bit of trouble. He usually uses cash incentives or concert tickets to get passers-by to participate in his strange schemes. One such "contest" was for Locke to secretly chug a bit of oyster sauce and then breathe in the faces of contestants and have them guess what he had for lunch. If the contestant guessed right (or a guessed a specific wrong answer), the person won. Nobody won. It was that kind of show.
