A lake in Washington named after the state's first governor. It is about 250 feet deep, and about twelve miles around. It is located approximentaly 40 miles north-east of Seattle.

There is a town located on the North side of the lake with about 10,000 inhabitants (1999). The town of Lake Stevens is known only for its merimed of Boeing workers and its annual Aquafest.
