A crappy little town on Vancouver Island. It has four claims to fame:

• It is the birthplace of Pamela Anderson
  
• It is situated on the 49th parallel
  
• It is the home to the "Festival of Lights" (all the businesses on Highway 1 put lights up at christmas).
  
• It is laid out in an almost perfect square
