The Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts. Funded by the state of Louisiana, it is a public boarding school in Natchitoches, Louisiana for academically talented juniors and seniors. Lots of geeks pass through this great institution of learning and it has been compared to a concentration camp. There are extremely complex rules governing the interaction of Gifties, as the students are sometimes called.
