A brand of chewing tobacco made by Conwood Company of Memphis, Tennessee. Sold in a circular tin made of hard plastic. The plastic is black, but jacketed by mainly green stickers.

The product is so named to invoke mental imagery of a Kodiak bear, the mammal for which Kodiak, Alaska is named. A rendition of such a bear adorns the lid of a can of Kodiak tobacco.

Kodiak was the Apple internal codename of builds of OS X before the Public Beta was released. Builds after the public beta are "Cheetah builds."
