Klingon bloodwine

Variety of red Klingon wine. It is best served warm. It was traditionally consumed by warriors being inducted into the Order of the Bat'leth.

Since Klingons have thicker blood and generally a stronger metabolism than humans, Klingon bloodwine is (supposedly) stronger than most human alcoholic beverages.

It also has no bubbles as Odo once said.
