Early tenth century Japanese poet and nephew of fellow poet Ki no Tsurayuki. Both poets were among the four court poets ordered by the Emperor Daigo to compile a poetry collection, the Kokinshu (Collection of Poems Old and New). Tomonori died either during or soon after the completion of the collection.
