Briefly lost his post as mayor to Sideshow Bob, otherwise just mostly sits around abusing his powers. Joe Quimby embodies everything the creators of the Simpsons hate about politicians. Speaks with a heavy Boston accent and is notoriously corrupt. Can anybody say Kennedy family?
