Jim Toomey is the creator of Sherman's Lagoon. He started this comic back in 1991, as a self-syndicating comic strip.
The idea for the comic had been in his thoughts while he worked as a designer in the Alexandria Journal.
Highly influenced by his favourite TV-program made by Jacques Cousteau and his love for the shark animal.
