  1. 1/2 lb salted jellyfish
  2. 1 large cucumber, julienned
  3. 1 Tbsp creamy Peanut Butter
  4. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  5. 1 Tbsp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil
  7. Dash of hot chili oil


  1. Sauce pan
  2. Strainer
  3. bowl
  4. serving plate
  5. cutting board and cooking knife


  1. Rinse jellyfish under running water until it is no longer salty, about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut jellyfish into strips
  3. Boil water in the saucepan. Drop jellyfish into the boiling water, then after 5 seconds, dump into the strainer and rinse in cold water. Drain.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients in the bowl and mix
  5. Arrange the cucumber on the serving plate, then arrange the jellyfish on the cucumber. Pour the sauce on the arrangement.
