aimless dreamers who stumble into the midst of a
supernatural struggle between
good and
evil conducted by otherwise
ordinary folks who live just down the street. His works include
The Paper Grail,
All The Bells On Earth, and
The Last Coin.
(He's also done more traditional fantasy stuff, but I'm afraid I haven't read any of it.)
