So what happens?
Things remain a bit confusing in the "Rock of Ages" storyline...

Green Lantern, the Flash, and Aquaman go with the New God Metron as he teleports them across space and time to find the Philosopher's Stone...but something's wrong, and the three heroes are immediately separated. Eventually, after what seems like months of fruitless search, they are reunited on Wonderworld, a planet of really big superheroes who are guarding the universe against the coming of something called "Mageddon". Green Lantern tells Flash and Aquaman that he met an android Hourman from the distant future who said that they had been tricked by Metron and if they didn't stop the Philosopher's Stone from being destroyed, megapowerful villain Darkseid would take over the Earth.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to the Injustice Gang, Superman and the Martian Manhunter have escaped from the booby-trapped satellite. They return to Earth, launch a giant boulder on a collision course with the Injustice Gang's satellite, and prepare to teleport, with Batman, up to the satellite to evacuate everyone before it's destroyed. Also, Batman reveals that he's paying the Mirror Master to betray the Injustice Gang...

Meanwhile, aboard the Injustice Gang satellite, Circe has apparently convinced Green Arrow to join the Injustice Gang and help shut down the JLA. Luthor then radios Aztek, alone inside the Watchtower, and (1) tells him that Lexcorp financed Aztek's training, (2) orders him to teleport over to the Injustice Gang satellite to form a new Luthor-controlled JLA, and (3) teleports 12 nuclear warheads into the Watchtower.

The heroes of Wonderworld help Flash, Aquaman, and Green Lantern start on their way back home, but when they get there, something has obviously gone wrong: they've arrived fifteen years in the future, and Darkseid controls the world...

Cool Moments!
Aquaman repeatedly cutting off the Godzilla-sized Wonderworld heroes to talk to Green Lantern and Flash; Aquaman, Green Lantern, and Flash looking down on the gigantic firepit that used to be Europe...

Cool Quotes!
Flash, explaining how he, Aquaman, and Green Lantern will be transported home: "We're accelerating to speeds where our entire physical structures will be converted to hyperlight information!"
Aquaman, very nervously: "We're doing what?"
