An American album by The Beatles released by Vee-Jay Records around the same time as Capitol released Meet The Beatles. Vee-Jay had picked up the first American Beatles singles when Capitol had not wanted to release them (though the Beatles were signed to Parlophone in England, part of the same company as Capitol). So having the rights to some songs, Vee-Jay cashed in on the Beatles popularity a while after releasing the singles which were flops at first.
