An annual event that takes place on the first Tuesday of August. Participants, as would be expected by the title of this node, wear their shirts inside-out for this day and exchange gifts spontaneously produced from their pockets(train tickets are commonly betowed presents).

This event does not stand for the rights of any small unrecognised Eastern nation, nor for world hunger, and has no association with the saving of aquatic mammals (and especially not dolphins).
