Impossible Hot Toddy Pie

A custard-like pie that is made with Bisquick, which "makes its own crust". The crust of this pie isn't really a "crust" in "traditional" terms, but it forms a solid bottom which makes for easy serving once the pie is baked and cooled.

Heat oven to 350° F. Grease 10 inch pie plate.

Add all of the following ingredients in a blender:

Cover and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into pie plate, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350° F.

Serve with Spiced Whipped Cream (directions below) if you like.

Spiced Whipped Cream

Beat 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg in chilled (very clean) bowl until stiff.


High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): No adjustments are necessary.
