Ilford is a UK based photographic company. Although they do make Colour films, their forte is Black and White films, chemicals and paper. I have found their products to be very consistent, to keep well, and that their web site is very good with plenty of quality pdf files for perusal. For initial use, I would recommend their Plus developer for use with HP5 or FP4 film.
